Rod Redding, PhD, CPA, has been an accounting professor at the University of Utah, University of North Carolina, Gettysburg College, and Elon University. Rod, who is considered one of the most dynamic accounting instructors in the country, began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has written numerous accounting articles and books.
Anthony Rocca, JD, is a shareholder in the lecture firm of Werner-Rocca Seminars, LTD. His areas of expertise include corporate and business transactions, tax and estate planning, and asset protection strategies. Anthony is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, and he lectures extensively in the areas of protection of assets, preservation of wealth, and other tax matters. Danny Santucci, JD, is a prolific author of tax and financial books and articles. His legal career started with the business and litigation firm of Edwards, Edwards, and Ashton. Later he joined the Century City entertainment firm of Bushkin, Gaims, Gaines, and Jonas and worked for many well-known celebrities. In 1980, Danny established the law firm of Santucci, Potter, and Leanders in Irvine, California.
